With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, I am the owner and operator of Wayne T. Baise & Son Construction, LLC, a second-generation family business that specializes in custom home building, remodeling, and additions. I work closely with my clients to create beautiful and functional spaces that suit their needs and preferences, whether it is a kitchen, a bathroom, or a new home.
My passion for construction started at a young age, when I worked for my dad's construction company in the summers. I also have a background in the army reserves and as a retired firefighter/paramedic, which gave me valuable skills and experience in leadership, teamwork, safety, and problem-solving. I am proud to continue my dad's legacy and uphold his standards of excellence and integrity in every project I undertake. My goal is to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction, and to build long-lasting relationships with my clients and partners.
